This app does not collect your data. There is no account, no server and no analytics. It shows the workout of the day and asks you for nothing.
One thing: the date your training year started, so the app knows which day of the year it is. It is saved in your device’s own local storage. The app has no food, run, weight or profile tracking, so there is nothing else to store.
It is not transmitted anywhere. It is written to your device and read back from your device. It is not uploaded, backed up to us, or shared.
Nothing. We have no server that receives your information, so there is nothing for us to store, read, sell or lose.
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party software development kits. It makes no network requests while you use it. An optional “Watch it on video” link opens a YouTube search in your browser only when you tap it.
Delete the app, which removes its local storage with it. Because nothing was ever sent to us, there is nothing to request from us and nothing left behind.
The app is a personal workout plan. It is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.
